Class Schedule

Liability Waiver I, the Participant, understand and acknowledge that engaging in yoga, fitness, or other activities (the “Activities”) at Luna Sol Yoga involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accident. I recognize that these risks are part of the nature of the Activities and are not limited to, but include, risks of slipping, falling, overexertion, and personal injury. By checking I Agree and/or signing below, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation in the Activities, whether they are caused by my own actions or the actions of others, including the instructors and fellow participants. I am fully aware that these risks may result in injury, illness, or even death, and I hereby voluntarily assume those risks. I confirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in the Activities. If I have any medical concerns, I will consult with a healthcare provider before participating and disclose any conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely. I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Suzanne Bishop, Luna Sol Yoga, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, instructors, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or expense, including attorneys’ fees, that I may suffer while participating in the Activities, regardless of whether the injury, illness, or damage is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, actions, suits, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from my participation in the Activities, including any claims made by other participants or third parties. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Luna Sol Yoga operates, and any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that state. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By checking I Agree, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue, and agree to be bound by its terms.
