Active&Fit / Silver&Fit

We participate in Active&Fit and Silver&Fit programs. Check the Client List for participating programs. Fill out the eligibility form if you are entitled to either of the these benefits. We are not able to obtain your fitness ID. You will have to call ASH Fitness at 1-877-771-2746 for Active&Fit, 1-877-427-4788 for Silver&Fit.
