About Us
Our mission is to bring traditional and accessible yoga to everybody and Every Body. With a consistent practice, we believe practicing yoga increases a person’s mental, spiritual and physical health. We have classes for beginners to advanced practices.
Classes
- Vinyasa yoga ~ synchronized movements and breath through sequences of standing and seated postures to strengthen and stretch the muscles. These classes range from beginner friendly to more advanced practices.
- Yin yoga ~ a slower paced practiced with longer holds in the state of the postures. This allows the stretch to move to the deeper tissues and the joints.
- Chair Yoga ~ designed for those who aren’t ready to move up and down from the yoga mat.
- Acupressure Mat Yin ~ using acupressure mats in Yin classes adds a healing element to the body through access to over 100 acupoints in the body.
Private yoga lessons and private Sound Bath sessions are available by appointment.
- Sound Baths ~ using sound from various instruments, we offer these sessions for special occasions, Full or New Moon celebrations, or private sessions.
- Yoga Nidra ~ a method of inducing deep relaxation as you are led through body scanning and visualization.
- Meditation ~ staying in quiet stillness with focus on a specific object, thought, or guided through a meditation.
