Our mission is to bring traditional and accessible yoga to everybody and Every Body. With a consistent practice, we believe that practicing yoga increases a person's mental, spiritual and physical health. We have classes for beginners to advanced practices.

Frequently asked questions

Yoga is practiced with bare feet or special yoga socks. You should wear clothes that are comfortable for you that allow for unrestricted movement.
You can rent one of our mats but we highly recommend having your own mat. Equipment in any activity is important. We don't suggest a thick exercise mat for yoga. You may become unstable on a thick mat. We also sell Manduka mats in the Shala.

We have beginner classes to advanced practice classes. If you're unsure what class is best for you as a beginner, please reach out to us and we'll advise you.

We highly suggest you book to save your space.
